Appointment Required

I work with clients by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. To make an appointment, please call, text, or book your appointment online. 

Cancellation/No-Show/Late

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24-hour notice. If you cancel within the 24-hour window or if you no-show, you will be charged a “missed appointment” fee equal to the price of the scheduled service that must be paid in full prior to scheduling another appointment. Prepayment may also be required in order to schedule a new appointment.

If you arrive to your appointment later than the scheduled time, I may not be able to provide the full session time; however, the full fee for the scheduled service will be charged.

Clients with an excessive number of rescheduled or cancelled appointments will lose the ability to schedule online and will be required to prepay for appointments.

Illness

If you are sick, please stay home! I need to keep the studio germ-free and stay healthy myself so that I can take care of my clients. When you are sick, your immune system is quite busy, and though a massage seems like a good idea, it actually gives your body even more work to do to restore itself to a healthy state. It is best to lay low, take care of yourself, and come in when you are feeling better.  Let me know as soon as possible, and we can reschedule your appointment. 

Payment

I accept cash, credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, Venmo, and checks. Several payment options are available, including the following:

  • Pay via card when scheduling your appointment
  • Pay via card by clicking the “Pay for Appointment” link in your appointment confirmation email
  • Pay in studio on your appointment day

There is a $35 charge for checks returned due to insufficient funds.
